The 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of UKVCA will be held on Thursday, 7th September, 2017.
Venue: AUDITORIUM@informationcentre, Mt. Beauty. (next to the Mt. Beauty Visitor Information Centre)
Time: 7.30pm
The current committee welcomes new members. If you want your say into what happens in the Upper Kiewa Valley, come along. In the past year UKVCA have worked on issues like: the West Kiewa Open Space; getting an official name for Hydro Park; installing interpretive signs; publishing Parks Vic. Planned Burns notices; organising an annual forum where local Alpine Shire Councillors and the local State Member address the group; organising an annual address by our local Federal member and organising Alpine Shire Council to conduct one of their monthly meetings in Mt. Beauty annually.
Nominations to be on the committee can be received before the date or on the night on the form attached – 2017 AGM Nomination Form. Print the form and bring it to the meeting.
